I was given Attorney Frommer’s name from one of my PT’s when I was having problems with my payments from workman’s comp being stopped for no apparent reason. They would give me every reason they could think of. Once I contacted Attorney Frommer, he actually came to my house, I did not have to travel to him. He told me my rights and what I could do. Despite all the good things I have to say about Joe D’Amico, I feel they would not do him justice. Joe is the type of guy that you can hear about off hand in a conversation and understand that he is an all-around good man. However, if you have the pleasure of meeting Joe it is something special. He shakes your hand and smiles and you know things are going to be ok. He is an incredible person who goes out of his way to ensure those who deserve justice get it. Joe D’Amico has been a lifesaver for my family and me. Ten years ago, I had a work injury. For almost ten years the injury caused pain and re-injury, my boss would send me to the Worker’s Comp doctors and they would do some x-rays, give me medicine, sometimes send me to physical therapy, and rush me back to work.
