I was given Attorney Frommer's name from one of my PT's when I was having problems with my payments from workman's comp being stopped for no apparent reason. They would give me every reason they could think of. Once I contacted Attorney Frommer, he actually came to my house, I did not have to travel to him. He told me my rights and what I could do. He took care of everything for me with no stress on my end. Within days my checks were back on track along with a penalty on them, and may I also add that my attorney did not charge me for the travel to my house to meet with me or for filing the penalty petition. I could not have gotten all of this done without his help. He returns my phone calls very quickly, even if it is for what might seem like a small question, and again, like I said, NO charges. He knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him to anyone that need any legal advice. He is a great person and I am very happy with everything he is doing for me.
John is very professional and very knowledgeable. John came to my house which is about a 3-4 hour drive and he always got back to me when I had questions. The staff at the law firm are also very helpful and supportive. If I ever needed him again I would hire him in a heartbeat.
Throughout the two year time period of working through my worker's compensation case with John Frommer, he was dependable, polite, understanding, and very informative. He always made himself available to answer any questions that I had. I never felt like I was in it alone, and was always treated respectfully by John and his staff. He did an excellent job representing me and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking counsel with worker's compensation.
Awesome group of people! Lawyers always kept me up to speed, and if there was an issue, they were always there. Would highly recommend him or his associates!
While my opportunity to gain was small, John was thorough and took my case very seriously. His follow up and follow through was excellent and ultimately my case ended with me being a very happy and satisfied client.
Thank you again for everything you did for Jim. I am thankful that you were willing to help him on such a short notice. I knew I didn't want him to sign any papers without having a lawyer check over them and I am so thankful we contacted you. Thanks again for everything you did for us!
Thanks for your excellent representation of Zach. Not only were your legal skills exactly what we needed, but also your manner of dealing with him was perfect. He was pleased with the outcome of his case and he was comfortable with you. You are one of the "good guys," John!
Despite all the good things I have to say about Joe D'Amico, I feel they would not do him justice. Joe is the type of guy that you can hear about off hand in a conversation and understand that he is an all-around good man. However, if you have the pleasure of meeting Joe it is something special. He shakes your hand and smiles and you know things are going to be ok. He is an incredible person who goes out of his way to ensure those who deserve justice get it. I have called him in a bind for advice for unfortunate legal situations I have found myself in. He has taken time on his weekend and off hours to help me deal with situations or has found a lawyer that could. Joe is very knowledgeable about the law.
Beyond his wisdom and knowledge, as it pertains to the law, Joe is also an excellent father, role model, part of the community, friend, and stranger. I say he makes for an excellent stranger because Joe possesses a kindness that I see in few people. Joe would certainly go out of his way to help someone he does not know nor owe anything to, just because that is the type of man he is. He believes in justice unlike anyone else I know. One aspect I have grown to admire about him is his work ethic and determination. When he says he will do something, he does it. He especially goes out of his way for those he believes in. I will always be grateful for the advice and support he has given me.
In 2002, I met my lawyer Joe D'Amico at a free seminar on Workman's Compensation. It turned out to be one of the best moves I made in my life. Joe informed me that he offered a free consultation to explain the Worker Compensation laws and could help me with my case. Before I would call Joe, I would be a nervous wreck. After talking to him, he would always make me feel at ease. And no matter when I called, Joe always returned my calls. He treated me like family. Joe told me not to hesitate to call him with any of my concerns.
I bragged to my friends how well Joe treated me. Over the years as some of my friends got hurt on construction, they would ask me for the name of my lawyer, because he sounds too good to be true. It made me feel good to refer them to Joe after everything he did for me. Anyone I referred to Joe was well satisfied with his service.
Joe told me it was all about me when going for my settlement, and wanted me to be happy with everything.
Over the years, Joe has kept in touch with me, even after my settlement. I have met his other associate, John Frommer, at client appreciation dinners. I ask why do you invite us to dinners and Baseball games, and Joe told me that they want their clients to know they do not forget about them. I would recommend Joe D'Amico and John Frommer to anyone. They know the Workers Compensation laws like the back of their hands.
Anyone who is trying to decide on an attorney for any type of workers comp issues, I strongly recommend Joe D'Amico from Frommer, D'Amico and Anderson (MyCompLawyers.com). You would be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable in PA workers comp laws, took the time to explain every step of the process and kept me up to date on everything pertaining to my case. Simply put, if you want the best, call them
Joe D'Amico has been a lifesaver for my family and me. Ten years ago, I had a work injury. For almost ten years the injury caused pain and re-injury, my boss would send me to the Worker's Comp doctors and they would do some x-rays, give me medicine, sometimes send me to physical therapy, and rush me back to work. For years I would barely make it through the work day due to my pain only to come home and collapse so I could do it all again the next day. I lost time with my sons and wife. Finally, because the pain became so bad I lost my job after 26 years. I was devastated.
Then Joe came to the rescue and for the first time I finally had an advocate. I started receiving the medical care and time to heal that I needed. I ended up being able to choose where I received my medical care, have second opinions and get the time my doctors felt I needed to heal. Joe worked hard to make sure I received all the care I needed, for a year he worked with me to make sure my medical bills and lost work hours were compensated. Joe also counseled me on how to deal this injury and plan for the future. When I was at my worst Joe came to meet with me at my house.
Joe fought hard for me for almost a year without ever sending me a bill. He was able to get me a very good compensation for my losses and only then was compensated for his hard work. He is someone my family has counted on for all kinds of advice. He is a good, honest man who will work very hard to make things right. From my experience, worker’s comp people are not out to help the working man but with Joe on your side they will be forced to do everything the law provides for. No one cared before Joe was my lawyer but once he was involved, it all changed.
He fought hard to ensure I received the right care and time to heal. For the first time in years, I can enjoy activities with my family, walk the dog without almost collapsing, and enjoy working out in the yard. I found a new job in my field that I can look forward to each work day.
Excellent...excellent...
